Rise & Glow - 9:00 AM

Build strength, stamina, and flexibility through dynamic movement and breath-guided transitions. Expect an energizing yet mindful flow that leaves you feeling strong, grounded, and refreshed

High Noon Hatha - 12:00 PM
Move mindfully through breath-guided postures to release tension and restore balance. Leave feeling grounded, open, and recharged

Slow Flow - 3:00 PM

Move through slow, fluid sequences to connect with your breath, improve mobility, and release tension. Mindful transitions build awareness, leaving you restored and grounded

Still in Yin - 6:00 PM

Yin Yoga targets connective tissues with longer-held postures to release tension and improve flexibility. Finish with a gentle meditation, leaving you rested and centered
